Medical Snickerdoodle Recipe

Ingredients:

3/4 cup Cannabis butter or oil (melted)
1 2/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup shortening
2 large eggs
2 3/4 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons cream of tartar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
sugar and cinnamon combined (1/3 cup sugar with 2-3 teaspoons ground cinnamon)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine cannabis butter or oil, sugar, shortening and eggs in a large bowl. Once thoroughly combined, stir in the flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt. Stir until a nice flexible dough is created.

With floured hands, roll the dough into 1-2 inch balls. Roll the balls in the sugar-cinnamon mixture until well coated. Place balls on non-greased cookie sheet about two inches apart. Bake at 400° F for 7-10 minutes. Let sit for 3-5 minutes, then remove from cookie sheet to a wire cooling rack.
