" With blueberries, simply fold into the batter and bake a few minutes longer.  "

For many Medical Marijuana patients, edibles are the preferred method for ingesting their medicine over smoking or vaporizing. Big Buds Mag will give you some ideas on how to build a great cannabis edible menu, starting this week with the classic muffin.

Ingredients:
4 cups flour
2 tablespoon baking powder
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
2 cups milk
1 1/3 cup white sugar or lightly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup melted cannabis butter or cannabis oil
2 teaspoons vanilla

Preheat oven to 400 degrees and grease two standard 12-muffin pans.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, melted cannabis butter or oil, and the vanilla. Add the flour mixture to the wet mixture and stir until moistened. The mixture should be a little lumpy, not completely smooth. Divide the batter evenly into the muffin pans. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

For a variation with blueberries, simply fold blueberries into the batter before dividing it and bake a few minutes longer.
