2 1/4 cups flour
2 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup cannabis butter (melted) or oil
1 1/8 cup sugar
1 large egg
1-2 tablespoons water
1/4 cup molasses
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine the flour, ginger, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Set dry mixture aside.
In a large bowl, mix the cannabis butter or oil and 1 cup of sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the large egg. Stir in the water and molasses. Once thoroughly combined add the dry mixture and stir. Shape dough into balls just smaller than a golf ball. Roll dough balls into the remaining sugar. Place dough balls 2-3 inches apart on an un-greased cookie sheet. Press with hand or spatula to partly flatten the dough.
Bake at 350°F for 9-11 minutes. Remove from oven and let cookies cool for 5 minutes before removing from cookie sheets. Place on wire rack for complete cooling.
