Seems like Santa may have a host of conditions that medical marijuana would relieve. Without medical consultation, our pseudo-diagnosis is insomnia, stress, and maybe even arthritis (he is a senior citizen—ancient actually).
To help keep Jolly Saint Nick jolly, give him (and yourself) these delicious holiday staples, with an added medical marijuana boost.
Medicinal Marijuana Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
1 cup cannabis butter
2 medium eggs
2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup of brown sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup white sugar
2 1/4 cups of flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp real vanilla extract
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Combine both sugars, butter, salt, baking soda, and egg in a large bowl and stir vigorously by hand.
Gradually, add in flour and mix well while adding so that there are no clumps.
Add the chocolate chips, stirring frequently.
Grease a cookie sheet.
Roll small balls of cookie dough and place on the cookie sheet about 2 inches apart.
Put the cookie sheet in the oven and bake for 9 to 11 minutes.
Yields about 60 cookies.
Medicinal Cannabis Milk
Ingredients:
1 cup Whole Milk or Cream (if vegan, use So Delicious Coconut Milk or Creamer)
1/8oz or 3.5g of finely ground cannabis
Instructions:
1. Add the milk to a pan over medium heat until it simmers gently.
2. Lower heat significantly and stir the cannabis in. Let the mixture simmering for about an hour.
3. Allow the milk to cool and then strain it through a cheesecloth or a fine-grate strainer.
Now kids, because these are edibles, dosages and the time it takes to kick in varies. So make sure you use the right amount of prescribed plant, sit back and watch the Yule log burn until you feel the Christmas spirit.
